   本設(shè)備箱體選用QT500鑄造，抗拉強(qiáng)度高，耐磨性好。
   主滑塊采用“V”形設(shè)計(jì)，兩側(cè)斜壓板采用合金鋼，經(jīng)嚴(yán)格熱處理，故能保證在長(zhǎng)期高速運(yùn)作下的精密度與穩(wěn)定性。切斷機(jī)構(gòu)有采用單“S”凸輪導(dǎo)板機(jī)構(gòu)，其中心與切刀筒中心一致，可達(dá)到穩(wěn)固的剪短功能。退產(chǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)采用電腦設(shè)計(jì)，加工的齒輪可達(dá)到退料快速平穩(wěn)的目的。夾鉗傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)采用行星齒輪結(jié)構(gòu)，可嚴(yán)格控制鉗夾的翻轉(zhuǎn)、平移、可達(dá)到準(zhǔn)確平穩(wěn)送料的功能。
   本設(shè)備配有氣動(dòng)制系統(tǒng)，自動(dòng)故障檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)及安全保護(hù)裝置，產(chǎn)生故障自動(dòng)停機(jī)、調(diào)試方便，人機(jī)安全。
