| 1. This machine adopts box type structure. Its bed and control system are integrative. It has moveable glass door and beautiful appearance. 2. Using liquid crystal display numerically-controlled system, which can organize and store various heat-treating process program according to requirements for different workpieces. High control precision and automaticity, good consistency of heat-treating workpiece. 3. Using frequency conversion stepless governing for workpiece rotating. 4. Using chrome plating beeline guide rail. 5. Heating , spraying water and time control are concentrated on machine control system. 6. Applicable for heat-treating of exact components, such as axle or disc components. Workpiece length is smaller than 300mm. |
